Dave is the principal owner of DB General Contracting and oversees a dynamic team of employees, designers, and subcontractors, who have a passion to help businesses move forward (via construction projects) in the Bluegrass Region of Kentucky. He has more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry and spends the majority of his working hours developing strategic relationships for the business. Dave enjoys mentoring, hiking in the Red River Gorge, playing disc golf, and vacationing at the beach. Dave resides in Lexington with his wife and three children.
Don Casciola
Production Manager, Managing Partner
Don oversees our team of employees and subcontractors to complete projects in a professional and timely fashion. He has been involved in the residential/commercial construction industry for over 30 years. Don enjoys gardening, fishing and hunting. He lives in Anderson county with his wife; they have four adult children.
Charlie Casciola
Project Manager
Charlie has over 10 years of experience in construction – starting from a young age as he worked alongside his father. In his time on our team, he has specifically enjoyed carefully guiding each project to a timely and beautiful finish. Charlie prioritizes his customers’ needs and ideas to help them come to life. Charlie is an avid outdoorsman, traveler, and Kentucky football fan.
Jonathan Taylor
Estimator
Jonathan works in the pre-construction phase of our projects. He works closely with clients, designers, engineers, architects and subcontractors to ensure the vision is captured before the project moves into the production phase. He brings twenty-five years of construction experience to the table and enjoys digging into the details of each project. Jonathan is a sportsman and enjoys basketball, teaching, hiking, and spending time with his family. He lives in Winchester with his wife and is the proud father of four children.
Shelly Columbia
Office Assistant
Shelly brings a wealth of knowledge and support to our team – with over 30 years of experience with customer service and administration in various industries. She provides clerical support to our team, she oversees our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and she keeps us up to date on important business matters with timely reporting and courteous reminders. Shelly spent her earliest years on a central Kentucky horse farm. She enjoys history, gardening, and animals. Shelly currently resides in Lexington.
